PVC single-ply is TPO's older, tougher cousin. It's the only membrane you should install on a restaurant, food-processing plant, or any roof where kitchen exhaust, chemical fumes, or animal fats hit the surface. Grease will degrade TPO and EPDM in a few years — PVC handles it for decades.
